Over the last 12 months, you’ve probably seen or heard Les Miles talking chicken.

LSU’s Football coach became a paid spokesperson for Raising Cane’s Chicken-Fingers in 2015, and got a nice payday for it. In fact, the endorsement money made up over half of his “total outside income”, which does not include his LSU paycheck.

Here are the actual numbers from the Louisiana Radio Network:

“The Baton Rouge Advocate reports LSU football coach Les Miles received 168-thousand dollars for appearing in Raising Cane’s commercials. The head coach’s total outside income outside from the paycheck that he gets from LSU was 237-thousand dollars in 2015.
Coach Paul Mainieri also did well in outside income as he earned 165-thousand dollars, with most of that coming in baseball camps.”
