If you're looking for a serious jump start, here's a list of coffees that give you the best "bang for your buck." Food Beast has published a list of the 10 strongest "fast food" coffees. Some of them, like Tim Horton's, and 7-Eleven aren't available here in Louisiana. For our purposes, we'll stick to coffees that are available locally.

McDonalds' brings up the rear. Their coffee contains 9.1 milligrams of caffeine per ounce. Community, of course, is massively popular in Louisiana. Here's a surprise. The medium roast, or "Breakfast Blend," actually contains more caffeine than the dark roast. Panera Bread coffee contains 11.8. Chick-Fil-A offers a 50% jump from McDonald's at 13.6 milligrams. Dunkin' Donuts coffee has 15. Who's the winner? Starbucks! Their coffee contains 20.6  milligrams of caffeine per ounce. I drink my coffee at home, only in the morning. My preferred blend is MJB 100% Columbian.
