Lindsay Lohan Headed Back To Jail

Poor Lindsay, will she never learn?

You may remember that she had been fired from her community service jobs.

Today, she also admitted to the judge that she's never attended the therapy sessions she was sentenced to. But at least her teeth are now white!

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner has ordered Lindsay to 30 days in jail (No house arrest!). But Yahoo is reporting that she'll probably only serve about six days because of overcrowding.

She's to report to jail no later than November 9th.

Then, she's to serve the rest of her community service at the L.A. County morgue.

Oh, and the judge warned Lindsay not to tweet about working at the morgue!
