Lindsay Lohan is Not Happy with Louisiana Senator John Kennedy
Louisiana Senator John Kennedy is just one of a long list of folks who have poked fun at troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.
If you're not familiar with why Lohan would be so upset with the Senator, let me explain. In September, credit reporting agency Equifax had a massive data breach exposing personal information for as many as 143 million people. Then we find out last week that Equifax had been awarded a $7.25 million government contract to help guard the IRS against fraud. Sounds a bit hinky, right?
In response to this, Lohan has alluded on Twitter that she plans to sue the Senator for slander.
But let's face it, this isn't the first time Lohan's name has been used to describe bad behavior. After all, who can forget Lohan's lawsuit against Pitbull who's song Give Me Everything had a lyric referencing being 'locked up like Lindsay Lohan.' BTW, she lost the lawsuit.
Additionally, Lohan has sued regarding her 'likeness' being used for a Grand Theft Auto video game as well as Fox News for defamation over comments made by Sean Hannity. She also sued over the E*Trade ad that featured a 'milk-a-holic' baby named Lindsay.
