Local Teacher Nominated For a Grammy

Krista Fanning, a music teacher at Caddo Middle Magnet, is a finalist for the 2016 Grammy Music Educator Award. This is the third time Fanning has been nominated. Last year, Fanning made the top ten and was awarded one thousand dollars for her program. This year, she will receive at least a thousand bucks and could bring home the grand prize of ten thousand dollars.
