Recently, I started a very personal journey from my couch to running a 5K. Everyone has their own reasons for running, just like everyone has their own incentives for getting their shoes on and their butts out the door each morning before most people have hit snooze for the first time! I'm not sure that anyone just loves running for running's sake, but I can say, some of the by products of running make me happy! So what gets you through a grueling run?
