Louisiana Man Says Woman Stole His Sperm

This is going to be a doozy of a lawsuit. A Louisiana man claims a woman took his sperm without his permission. Layne Hardin has filed a lawsuit in Harris County, Tex. against a sperm donation clinic and his ex-girlfriend, Toby Devall. He says the clinic, Obstetrical and Gynecological Associates did not provide proper safeguards to keep Devall from stealing his "product". Hardin tells KHOU TV that he might have to pay child support for the little boy who is now 2. But he says that's not the worst part. "It don't stop when he's 18, This is forever."
