LSU Helmets Voted ‘Best In College Football’

The LSU Tigers have the best college football helmet in the country, that according to an online poll by CBS Sports.

The Tigers topped a bracket-style tournament to determine the college with the best headgear in the sport. In the final voting, the Tigers topped Navy to take the crown.

Along the way, LSU took down Illinois in the Round of 64, then Missisippi State to advance to the Sweet 16. The Bengals then topped Auburn and Notre Dame to get to the finals against the Middies.

In that nearly month-long final, LSU trailed early, but undreds of thousands of votes were cast over the last two weeks to give the boys from Baton Rouge the decisive win.
