Shreveport police are looking for two suspects wanted for a shooting in west Shreveport late last night.

Just after 10 p.m., patrol officers were called to University Health, where 21-year-old Jacaray Roebuck was being treated for non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. He'd been shot several times in the upper body while standing at the corner of Hearne and Oakdale.

In the preliminary stages of their investigation, detectives gathered information suggesting two unknown suspects drove up to Roebuck in a black Chevy Impala with tinted windows and pointed a gun at him. The suspect on the passenger's side began firing shots at him.

Police searched the area for the suspects, but were unable to locate them. Anyone with information that can help is asked to call Shreveport-Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.
