A man was wounded in a Shreveport shooting Wednesday night.

Officers were called to University Health at about 9pm last night where they found 34-year-old Paul Robinson being treated for a gunshot wound to his right knee. He told police he was shot while walking at the intersection of Corbitt Street and Mansfield Road when two or three different people began shooting at each other. He advised that he continued to walk and was unable to see who was shooting. Robinson realized he was shot and was taken to the hospital by private car.

Officers scoured the area where the shooting reportedly occurred but were unable to locate a crime scene. The investigation continues. Robinson is expected to make a full recovery.
