Mayor Tyler Hosting a Workshop on Strategic Planning

The Louisiana Municipal Association is meeting in Shreveport and Mayor Ollie Tyler is hosting a workshop on Saturday morning to discuss strategic planning.

The Mayor says

If you're ready to interact and engage, come join us for this presentation focusing on the importance of strategic planning at the municipal level.  Learn how to create and monitor a comprehensive plan using an innovative rubric to challenge your departments to achieve success.

The workshop kicks off at 10:30 Saturday morning at the Shreveport Convention Center.

 Mayors and town leaders from across the state are in town for the meeting.
