The estate of the late, great Michael Jackson is being sued for a whopping $1 billion. WTF? Well, a woman named Kimberly Griggs claims that the King of Pop used personal details about her life in his songs and for that, she is owed a cool billion. Not million. Billion.

Briggs filed her handwritten lawsuit (!!!) in San Diego, revealing that she had an intimate relationship with Jackson, which began back in 1979. She says that hit albums such as ‘Off the Wall,’ Thriller,’ ‘Bad’ and ‘Dangerous’ chronicled the details of their relationship. Really? Really. But wait, it gets better.

Griggs also says that to make amends for exposing details about her in his songs, Jackson promised her the rights to them, which translates to lots of ca-ching, ca-ching. She claims that she was surprised when she was left out of his estate.

TMZ reports that Griggs has a criminal past, having served time for burglary and robbery, which is just another reason to raise an eyebrow over the validity of her claims.

This sounds like the rantings of quack, and like it holds absolutely no legal weight. Besides, why come forward now? Oh, right, because she likely just thought of it. And a handwritten lawsuit in 2012? Maybe if she wins damages she can buy a computer to file her next bogus lawsuit!
