Chug it, kid! Because it looks like Osteoporosis is a condition were bones become weak and brittle, and no one wants that.

Not only is it the lack of dairy in our diet, but it is also the lack of exercise, according to a health writer for WebMD.

Great! Another reason for me to worry about being a millennial. I was never a "milk" baby. I drank water and juices. To this day I refuse to drink the stuff. I eat yogurt from time to time, but other than that I don't consume a lot of dairy.

A study by the National Osteoporosis Society claims that the diet in early adulthood because we are in our prime time to build sturdy bones that will last us for the rest of our lives. They claim that if we do not build a healthy diet it could create nutrient deficiencies that we would have to deal with later in life.

Maybe I need to reconsider my opinions on milk.
