Now I have a real reason to enjoy my morning cup of coffee: it’s helping to keep me alive. Seems as though a new study out of the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research has found that coffee is good for you to drink…but no more than 4 cups of coffee a day. No more, no less

And more than four cups of coffee? The researchers found you actually begin to see weight gain and the possibility of diabetes creep in.
