Have I ever mentioned that I can’t stand Gwyneth Paltrow? I think she’s a sanctimonious witch and is so far out of touch with reality she must live on the moon. She seems to think she’s the expert of everything and now she’s offering tips on yawning. Yes, according to Gwyneth, there’s a right and wrong way to yawn. Apparently you should never repress a yawn because it’s a reflex for stress release. I thought it meant your body needed more oxygen?!?!? She also says: "Tilt your head back to a comfortable position and allow your mouth to hang open widely while you gently extend into it."

They’re EVERYWHERE! Talking about Minions who took first place this weekend at the box office with $115.2M… the second biggest opening for an animated film ever. Shrek the Third holds that record with $121.6M in 2007.
