Music + Snacks = Road Trip Fun

Getting out of town and on the road for a little getaway trip is always fun, be it for a couple of hours or longer. Road trips are made better though with snacks and music!

This past Sunday my wife and I, along with my brother in law and his girlfriend, went to Arlington to catch the Rangers take on the A's.

While on I-20 his music was on shuffle. When I say it was on shuffle, it was all over the place! There was country, pop, alternative, classic rock, Texas country and metal coming out of the speakers!

While shuffling, "Hotel California" from The Eagles came on and my brother in law said, "This is my road trip song," and then he followed it up with, "What's your road trip song and snack?"

Tough, tough call for me because I like so many different songs. I have my favorites from today, the 80s and the 90s, too. I couldn't really answer his question with just one song!
