Millions loved James Gandolfini's portrayal of tough guy mobster Tony Soprano, but the late actor had a much softer side, too, which he shows in this 2002 appearance on Sesame Street.

Once critic recently wrote that the finest television actors in recent memory were Kelsey Grammar (Frazier), Denis Franz (NYPD Blue) and Gandolfini.

So it's even more touching to see the man who delivered the line, 'What use is an unloaded gun?', say to the puppet Zoe, 'Well, I'm afraid of the dark'. And, of course, because it was the great Gandolfini...you believed him.
