My Neighbor Kids Are Too Freaking Loud [AUDIO]

I swear, the neighbor kids next to my fence are so out of control. The sounds coming from the house next door sound like blood-curdling screams! It's like nails on a chalkboard. Am I starting to act like the grumpy old man next door?

What should I do:
A. Say something directly to the kids?
B. Talk to their parents?
C. Leave a menacing note?
D. Do nothing, and leave it alone?

I just went outside and recorded this nonsense.

Have you reached a point in your life where you just KNOW you're getting older? Today was the day for me.....well it's 7:00, time for some warm milk and the wheel, GTG.
