Nasty Facebook Infected Breast Picture Is Fake! [NSFW]

We've noticed the NSFW gross infected breast picture going viral on the internet. You might have seen it on your own Facebook feed. It turns out that it's not what it seems!

The picture appears to be an infected breast (or infested, we should say); it's gross! But it is actually a superimposed picture of two different pictures: a breast and a lotus seed pod.
