National Guard Has Brought in Black Hawks to Help With Louisiana Flood Rescues [VIDEO]

It's hard to believe this video was taken in Louisiana.

With multiple parishes in Louisiana being declared states of emergency, the Louisiana National Guard has been called in to help. Countless have been evacuated from their homes. Many had the courtesy of evacuating before things got bad. For others, there was no warning before the roads were unable to be traveled on. Perhaps the waters rose through the night.

For those stranded in the water, rescue has come in the form of Black Hawks.

The National Guard posted some footage of their rescues yesterday. The caption says the stranded citizens were rescued in Winnfield, Louisiana.
