ANYway, it seems researchers at New York's Stony Brook University School of Health Technology and Management think what they have found “may have significant real-world repercussions.” That is -- morecognitive effort is involved while using a cellphone than many of us might expect! Interestingly, another study (not by Stony Brook U) indicates men might have higher risk for Mild Cognitive Impairment – such as dementia. Ya, well, but for this there IS treatment – social interaction with friends, family and church members; stimulating your brain by reading and using a computer, which, oddly enough, can be found in the highly portable, high powered form of a ... cell phone.
