No Jail for Billy the Exterminator in ‘Roach’ Possession
The puns they are a flyin'! 'Billy the Exterminator Gets Sweet Deal In Roach Case!' 'Billy the Exterminator Won't Be Bugged By Inmates!' And those are just two.
Local reality TV star Billy (the Exterminator) Bretherton and his wife Mary have pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic marijuana and a smoking device.
As part of the deal Billy was sentenced to 60 days in jail, but he won't have to serve time if he pays a $500 fine, completes four 8-hour days of community service, undergoes substance abuse evaluation and steers clear of drugs and alcohol for one year. He must also submit to random drug testing.
