Despite two days of sunny skies, folks in south Bossier's Old River Place sub-division are still under water. Residents say that the water has nowhere to drain, because the drains are connected to the Red Chute Bayou.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the water level on some streets was still as deep as 22 inches and some families are wading at least two hundred yards to get to their vehicles parked on dry land. City officials - and residents - are looking for a solution.
