Paul Walker's death certificate has been revealed today (Dec. 16), and it reiterates the fact that the 40-year-old actor died of "combined effects from traumatic and thermal injuries" in a blazing car crash on Nov. 30.

Horrifically, this means that Walker died from both the burns and injuries he suffered during the accident. This information was also revealed during the L.A. coroner's autopsy of the actor. (Roger Rodas, Walker's friend and the driver, died of traumatic injuries; neither the death certificate nor his autopsy state that thermal injuries were involved in his cause of death.)

It may comfort some to know that both Walker and Rodas died rather quickly, as the death certificates for both men state that the time between the crash and their deaths was "rapid," TMZ reports.
