Peace, Love and Poke Salad in Blanchard!

The 38th Annual Blanchard Poke Salad Festival was this weekend at the Blanchard Poke Salad Park. And it's all about peace, love and poke salad!

Festival goers enjoyed continuous musical entertainment, children's activities, plus food and craft vendors.

In fact, there was even a big carnival for the whole family to explore. The annual Poke Salad Parade was held yesterday morning. It started at the Blanchard Poke Salad Park, and wound its way through downtown Blanchard.

The Poke Salad Treasure Hunt is a lot of fun each year as well. You can win $1,500 by trying to guess the clues, which are published daily. This year, it only took five days to be discovered.
