Miley Cyrus celebrated her big 2-0 on Friday (Nov. 23), and she got a special gift from PETA in her honor -- a pig!

E! Online reports that the controversial animal rights organization sponsored a pig named Nora to show some love for animal lover Cyrus. "PETA knew that sponsoring a rescued pig was the perfect birthday present for a young woman who spends so much time encouraging others to help animals," PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman said. "From promoting animal adoption to speaking up for cows who suffer on dairy farms, Miley never stops letting her millions of fans know what they can do to make the world a kinder place."

Cyrus fans also hosted a donation page where well-wishers could drop some cash to charity in honor of Miley's birthday.

Miley's been celebrating with clippers lately, it seems. The erstwhile Disney starlet recently buzzed off even more of her hair, losing some of the longer locks that topped the shaved sides. The starlet may have been cutting some bad news out of her hair -- it was recently announced that her most recent flick, 'So Undercover,' would be going straight to DVD.

In any case, happy birthday Miley! Just maybe keep cameras away from the cake, okay?
