Pink put her star status (and appropriate stage name) to good use Monday night (Nov. 12), when she appeared on stage to perform at the "Power of Pink" breast cancer awareness event.

The private event, which was decorated with pink lights and pink-hued drinks, was hosted by Dr. Maggie DiNome, the surgeon who removed the singer's gallbladder over this past summer.

Following Dr. DiNome's opening remarks, actresses Melanie Griffith and Rita Wilson pulled raffles on the stage; and then it was Pink's turn to light up the room. She began her set with 'Just Like a Pill,' which she never realized how appropriate the song was "until now," and then jokingly asked if there was a doctor in the crowd who could help her with a hamstring injury.

Pink also performed a number of her hits, including 'Try,' 'How Come You're Not Here,' acoustic versions of 'Who Knew' and 'Family Portrait,' as well as a clean version of her song 'Perfect.' She closed her set with 'Funhouse,' 'Blow Me (One Last Kiss),' and 'So What,' before thanking the audience and doctors.

“Thank you all for being part of such a special night. Thank you Maggie for taking out my body parts and keeping me healthy!”
