Taylor Momsen of The Pretty Reckless joined Joan Jett and The Blackhearts this past weekend at the historic Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, LA. to help celebrate 99X’s 20th Birthday Bash. But this is not exactly how most rock stars plan to wrap up a killer show.

Taylor Momsen…ya know, little Cindy Lou Who?! Yep, she’s all grown up now and really knows how to work the floor. Unfortunately, the famous rock-n-roll knee slide doesn’t always work on a wooden floor. Who said artists don’t suffer in the name of their craft?

Check out Taylor digging out splinters in her leg with a knife. Ouch!
