Pregnant Model Falls During Live News Segment [VIDEO]

Who puts a pregnant woman on television in heels??

So, a news channel decided to do a news segment on fall fashion trends and featured a pregnant woman who modeled a maternity outfit. The problem...heels.

As soon as the model walked out on stage, she fell. And she couldn't get up!

My question is...why didn't the hosts get up to help her up?? Poor thing. Luckily, she and the baby are just fine.
