Project Celebration To Hold Pet Walk For Domestic Violence Awareness

Come out and walk your pet at Betty-Virginia park in the cool October weather to raise awareness of domestic violence. Don't have a pet? They will have rescues available for adoption on-site!

The event is "Paws for Celebration: Let Your Bark Be Heard," and it's happening October 8th at Betty-Virgina Park from 12:00-4:00 p.m. It is a pet walk to raise awareness for domestic violence for an organization called Project Celebration.

There will be vendors and rescues, contests (including a Halloween costume contest), and many more events fun for the whole family...including the furriest members! Plus refreshments from Rhino Coffee!

Come SMOOCH THE POOCH at what will be Shreveport Bossier Dog Lovers Club's "Event of the Month."
