Race For The Cure A Huge Success!

More than 8 thousand of people showed up for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure at the CenturyLink Center in Bossier City.  That's a record breaker for our area.

Moms, Dads, Grandparents and kids of all ages turned out for the annual event which was moved to South Bossier to accomodate the growing crowd.  Organizers say they easily surpassed last years record number of 4700 walkers/runners.  It took a good ten minutes to get all of the participants through the starting l
