Ride in the Centaur Parade with Barkus & Meoux & Raising Cane's

KVKI has your chance to ride with the Krewe of Barkus and Meoux and Raising Cane's this Saturday in the Krewe of Centaur Parade and more!

We got the news late yesterday afternoon that the fine folks at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, huge sponsors of the Krewe of Barkus and Meoux, had two riding spots on the Barkus and Meoux float in this Saturday's Krewe of Centaur parade that they wanted to give away to a lucky KVKI listener!

These two riding spots come with throws from both Raising Cane's and Barkus and Meoux, but if you win, you'll want to bring some more of your own since it is a four-hour parade and they're only providing a PARTIAL bead package. We'll announce the winner today so you have plenty of time to run by the bead room at the Centaur Den or go see Don Tubb's at Tubb's Cajun Gifts to stock up! You'll want to load your extra beads on the Barkus and Meoux float Friday, February 22, 2019, between 5 - 8:00 pm at the old Reeves Marine next to the CenturyLink Center in Bossier City.

But that's not all! You'll also win two entries into the Krewe of Barkus and Meoux Pet Parade this Sunday, February 24, 2019, starting at 12 pm at the old Reeves Marine AND two Krewe of Barkus and Meoux t-shirts!

So how do you win? First, you have to be an animal lover to ride with the Krewe of Barkus and Meoux, so drop a picture of a fur baby on the post asking for submissions on the KVKI Facebook page. Both winner and guest must be 21+ and will be required to sign a waiver.
