Save A Buck At Sci-Port’s Tricks & Treats Night, Here’s How

Sci-Port: Louisiana’s Science Center will host the annual Tricks & Treats Night on Saturday, October 29, from 6 – 9 p.m.  Reservations made by Noon on Saturday receive $1 off admission per person and can be made by calling (318) 424-8660.  Admission is $7 for Sci-Port Members and $9 for Non-Members. 

This annual event is a family-friendly celebration of spooky science fun.  In theme with the Center’s current traveling exhibition, Sustainable Choices, there will be activities which complement the exhibit’s lessons, including Monster Mash: Edible Composting, Recycled Dance Moves, Sensory Cemetery and a Homemade Costume Contest.  Other activities will include: 

• LIVE “Creatures of the Night” (animals courtesy of Critter Company)
• Vampire Buffet
• Carnival Corner, featuring Pop Rockets, Pumpkin Ring Toss and Pumpkin Ooze
