Shreveport Actor Highlight – Jared Watson
There's something special almost magical about community theater. Normal people from different walks of life all coming together to put on a production. Let me tell you there's a whole host of talented folks right here in Shreveport. Here's one of the stars from the musical that's coming to the Emmett Hook Center in July, Jared Watson.
It's kind of funny, back in high school, Jared and I had a drama class together. So it's kind of fun to be back on the stage with him.
Regardless, the Broadway musical Mary Poppins, is coming to the Emmett Hook Center in Shreveport, LA. I put together a small video series that will highlight and help you get to know some of the lead actors from the show that opens July 10th and runs through July 19th.
