No one is hurt in two separate house fires in Shreveport on Sunday.

The first blaze happened just before 5:30PM on Dewberry Drive. The fire started at the rear of the home in the master bedroom. No one was home at the time.

Less than an hour later, crews were called to 1240 Travis St. Fire crews found a one-story unoccupied wood-frame home with flames and smoke coming from the rear of the home. A nearby home sustained minor fire damage. The fire was brought under control at 6:46PM.
