[UPDATE] Missing Mentally Handicapped Woman Located

[UPDATE]  Kelly Yates has been found safe at University Health. She's been reunited with her family. Police are still investigating.

Shreveport Police are looking for a mentally handicapped woman who has not been seen since late last night.

38-year-old Kelly Yates, who lives at the Central Louisiana State Hospital in Pineville, Louisiana, was with family members at the El Dorado Casino late last night. The video surveillance cameras from El Dorado Casino catches Yates leaving the casino on foot around 11:30 on December 14,th.

Yates is four feet, eleven inches tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds. Yates was last see wearing a purple colored sweater and dark color pants, and was wearing Glasses.
