Free Fridays Forever Concert Series Continues In Downtown Shreveport

Shreveport Parks and Recreation (SPAR) in conjunction with the Red River Entertainment District in downtown Shreveport are hosting the Free Fridays Forever concert series... which equates to free live music downtown in the Red River Entertainment District each Friday from 5-8pm.
