Shreveport’s Parade Of Homes Ends June 8th

It's the time of the year that Shreveport/Bossier City area home builders get to showcase their work and it's the time of the year for my wife and I to visit these homes to see what ideas we could possibly incorporate into our home.

This is something my wife and I have enjoyed doing the past couple of years, visiting these beautiful homes and only dreaming of having one like it! Although we can't afford many of the homes on the parade route, doesn't mean we can't take some of the ideas and dream about how they would fit and look in our home. Something as little as a bathroom fixture, new lighting fixture or the way a room is painted could potentially make a big difference in the look and feel of our home.

The Home Builders Association of Northwest Louisiana presents the 2014 Parade of Homes through June 8th and features 55 new homes that offer the very latest in home building ideas and techniques. This years' home tour features homes throughout the Shreveport and Bossier City area. Tickets can be purchased at participating Brookshire's.
