Ask and you shall receive. The biggest slip-n-slide crazy to hit North America is coming to Shreveport this summer. Slide the City will be hitting our area on Saturday, August 20. How cool would it be to slide down a gigantic slip-n-slide right in the middle of downtown?

Registration is open now and the sooner you register, the cheaper your ticket is.

Honestly, this is one of the coolest things to come to our area. It will be hotter than Hades at that time, so it's the perfect way to cool off. If you're worried this is a complete waste of precious water, think again. Slide the City works to conserve water and limit their impact on our environment.
