Watching from their balcony, a group of men from Slidell, LA yelled warnings to two swimmers about a hammerhead shark that was getting close to them in the water.

"Once they're in a feeding frenzy or something, if you got close enough to those people, he was just going to bite what was near there, and that's when the yelling started,” witness Matt Pecoraro said.

"We were screaming down and they disregarded it, looked like, he threw his hands up like 'yeah right.' But when he finally figured out the shark was there it looked like he walked on water,” Patrick Trainor said.

It took a minute for the message to sink in for the swimmers, but they were able to leave the water without injury.
