Snoop Dogg Will Be on Khloe Kardashian’s Talk Show

Yesterday (Jan. 18), Snoop Dogg made it clear that he won't be attending the Academy Awards next month. Nevertheless, fans who hope to have the Doggfather beamed into their living room will still be pleased--and will find him in a much more intimate setting. Snoop is set to appear on Kocktails With Khloe, the new booze-fueled talk show that comes courtesy of the reality star Khloe Kardashian.

Kocktails is a talk show with a slightly different format: beyond the drinks themselves, the whole thing is taped in Khloe's home, to the end of a conversation more personal than those you might get under studio lights on a soundstage.

The news that Snoop would be one of Kardashian's first guests came accompanied by a selfie taken by the pair of entertainers and Kendall Jenner, Khloe's half-sister and one of the most sought after young talents in the modeling world.

Snoop recently teamed up with his longtime collaborator Daz Dillinger for Cuzznz, an album comprised of new material and some loose collaborations from the last few years. His most recent solo album, last year's Bush, was produced by Pharrell and sees everyone's uncle move almost fully into the world of funk and soul.

For those who want to see him flex his acting chops, the Long Beach native has also recently appeared in a TV spot for the clothing and retail giant Old Navy.
