Circus Performers Unite: A Special Message to Injured Entertainers [Video]

No one says it better than this fabulous group of girls! These four Ringling Brothers Circus Elephants send out out a heartfelt message to the hair hang girls and wish them a speedy recovery.

Nine performers were injured on Sunday in Providence, Rhode Island during a circus act gone wrong. The "human chandelier" at the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus plummeted more than 20 feet to the ground after a 5-inch D-ring (or caribiner) snapped into pieces.

"It was a single piece of equipment that failed," fire investigator Paul Doughty told reporters.

Of the nine people transported to the hospital, three remained critical on Monday, three were serious and the others were in good condition.
