Springhill Rodeo Parade Grand Marshal Named

This year’s Springhill Rodeo Parade Grand Marshal will be Dilton Emerson.  Many of you may know Mr. Emerson as a farrier and owner of Emerson Horseshoe Supply Company in Bossier City.  Mr. Emerson competed in Springhill’s first rodeo!  He is a PRCA Gold Card Holder and sits on the Board of Directors for the Cowboy Hall of Fame.   

Leon and Vicki Adams will perform at the Springhill Championship Rodeo.  From Roman-style riding on Brahma bulls to Indian dancing horses, the Adams’ have amazed people all over the world!  Their acts have been nominated 20 times in the PRCA and have won the honor of Specialty Act of the Year four times.  In 2008, both Leon and Vicki were inducted into the Pro Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame.
