Straight Talk for Women about “Down There”

I have never watched the TV show "The Doctors" until this week. I wanted to see Valerie Harper's interview (which was amazing by the way) and they teased the next day's show. It was to be questions women wanted answered about "that special area". So I set my DVR to record it. I've watched some of it and it really had some great tips. But one question that came up has me torn. If you sleep in a gown, do you wear panties?

My mother always told me not to wear panties at night so I could "air it out". I did it while I was living at home. But when I moved off things changed. I don't know which is best. What do you do.....panties at night or not?
