Suspect in Fatal October Crash Surrenders

A Shreveport man named as a suspect in a fatal October 2015 crash is now behind bars.

Shreveport police say 22-year-old Kyanta Magee turned himself in to authorities at the Shreveport City Jail yesterday afternoon. He was booked on a vehicular homicide charge for an accident that left 72-year-old Jessie Bradberry dead.

Detectives say Magee was driving a 2013 Dodge Charger well above the posted speed limit when he lost control and struck Bradberry's vehicle.
