Yesterday afternoon, Katy Perry's ex-hubby, Russell Brand, was arrested in New Orleans after throwing a paparazzo's cell phone into a window of a law firm. ABC News Radio confirmed the incident, and TMZ reported that Brand has since paid $240 to have the window fixed.

The embattled couple had its pick of media outlets, but felt the show hosted by psychologist Dr. Phil McGraw was the best option. “We are hoping that by doing this interview, we will be able to help other people who may be experiencing struggles of their own. We certainly don’t want anyone to experience what we have these last three years,” Cindy Anthony said.
