The crews will start clean-up in the Country Place subdivision, then plan to move on to other areas in need as soon as possible.

The Cities of Texarkana, Arkansas and Texarkana, Texas will partner with the Texarkana Arkansas City Beautiful Commision and Texarkana, Texas’ Keep Texarkana Beautiful Committee, Waste Management and Leadership Texarkana to host a city-wide clean up event on Saturday, May 21st. 2016.

According to officials with the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief, there are still over 200 homes on a waiting list to be cleaned out after the flood.
