It's time to get back to work on my diet. Dr. Jason Maggio has been reworking my plan and I want to share it with you in case you want to try it with me. Dr. Jason Maggio is in charge of my diet and he has a plan that works wonders.
Erin’s Protein Bar Recipe
You know I am on this diet and have lost more than 25 pounds.  Mornings are the worst part.  I do love my egg white protein shake that I get from Vitamin's Plus (thanks Pam) and now I am adding to that to make sure I start the day with great nutrition.

Serious Workout…Day 1
I have been doing cardio and some light work on the weight machines at Fitness World, but I just had my first full workout with my trainer, Taylor Beth and I am sore today!!  But it's a good sore, to be honest.

My BFF and I are now in week 3 of our diet and exercise program. Dr. Jason Maggio with All The Way Health has put together a strict diet that we are following. Vitamins Plus inside Drug Emporium is supplying some of the supplements we need including the great Egg White Protein Shake that I love.
