A delivery driver in New York has a very big fear....the fear of driving over bridges. Usually most of his deliveries are in one neighborhood, but recently he had to take something over the Verrazano Bridge. He couldn't tell the boss no. So to calm his fears, the guy pulled out a bottle of vodka. He crashed into a tree and police responding to the scene found his blood alcohol content at four times the legal limit. Check out story two today:
A 7-year-old Serbian boy named Bogdan is attracting media attention for his apparent ability to attract other things, such as silverware, remote controls, plates and even a large frying pan. The objects seem to miraculously stick to the boy's skin. Bogdan's family claims he's magnetic, and an MSNBC reporter who filmed him in action says it's true. This is all bogus according to Benjamin Radford, editor of the magazine Skeptical Inquirer. He says the big problem is that plates are not metal.......nor is the remote control. Check out our other story:
A 48 year old man in Naperville, Illinois has a little egg on his face today. He met a woman online and fell in love. He's been chatting with her for several months, but then she sent him a message that she had been kidnapped and needed $200,000 to be released. He wired the money to her bank account in Nigeria. He then got police in London involved to win her freedom, but the police broke the news to him: he'd been scammed. Lesson from this: don't ever send money to Nigeria. Check out story number 2:
