Pump Prices Fall, Slightly

We’re paying about a nickel less at the pump today than we were a week ago.  AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report says the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in Shreveport/Bossier is $3.54.  At this time last Monday, we were paying $3.59.  Statewide, the average this morning is $3.57. Nationally, it’s $3.66.

Lisa Diane Bolden was reported missing to police by family members on June 24, 2011. Relatives advised officers they had not seen or heard from Bolden in several months and she was last seen in the company of a male subject.

Convention Center Burglar Identified Through Fingerprints

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on June 24, 2011, Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a reported burglary at the Shreveport Convention Center in the 400 block of Caddo Street.  Upon arrival, officers learned that an unknown suspect had apparently crawled up and over a set of locked glass doors and then through a hole between the doorway and the ceiling to gain access to a restricted portion of the facility
